DERMA FACTORY Skin Barrier Cream is a highly moisturizing barrier care cream that contains 5% SLLS, a component similar to skin lipids, to strengthen the skin barrier and deliver firm moisturizing effects.

SLLS (Skin Lipid Lamellar Sheet) is a liposomal ingredient composed of ceramide, cholesterol, and fatty acids, which are components of lipids in the skin, in a ratio similar to that of skin (4:3:3).

The liposome technology is a method of encapsulating phospholipids, which are skin-like ingredients, into a double-layered structure, which not only enhances ingredient stability but also delivers active ingredients to the skin more effectively.

Birch sap (59%), D-panthenol (1%), and olive oil (2%) are also contained in this cream to further enhance its moisturizing properties.

Birch sap grown in Yeongcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do, a pristine region in Korea, delivers plenty of clean moisture to the skin. Birch tree sap contains various nutrients, so it helps to soothe irritated skin and gives the skin a moisturizing effect.

D-panthenol is a pro-vitamin B5 that turns into vitamin B5 when absorbed into the skin to help protect and strengthen the skin barrier.

Olive oil, extracted from olive trees grown in the Mediterranean region of Spain, the origin of olive oil, contains rich nutrients such as vitamin E and polyphenols, which nourishes the skin and makes it moist and smooth.
